Using Alternative Meditation Techniques

Meditation is more than just sitting quietly and breathing.  You can achieve your place of peace with so many different activities.  People who meditate feel happier, more grounded and more connected.

Join me in creating your peaceful space and a colorful masterpiece to follow.

You will need: a printer and coloring pencils.

 

Bringing your attention to the different parts of your body and perhaps recognizing any tension you may be holding there.

You will need: A blanket or mat

 

Learning a multitude of breathing techniques for calming any soul.

You will need: Yourself and a water

 

We will be using our senses to notice things around us to help quickly bring us into a harmonious state of being.
